This notice describes the data flows visible in the current AllForSourcing website. It is not a promise that users should submit sensitive or confidential material. Please begin with public URLs and a short decision question.
Free browser tools
The RFQ Builder and Supplier Evidence Check are designed to run in your browser. Their answers are not intentionally sent to AllForSourcing unless you separately submit information through the contact form, email it, or use a future feature that clearly states otherwise.
Contact-form information
The request form asks for a name, business email, optional company, public supplier or product URL, destination market, order stage, and decision question. The form is transmitted through FormSubmit and then to the AllForSourcing email inbox. Those providers process the submission under their own terms and privacy notices.
Do not submit
Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, bank credentials, government identifiers, medical data, private keys, confidential designs, full contracts, private test-report files, or personal information about supplier employees through the website form.
How submitted information is used
Submitted information is used to understand and respond to the request, determine whether a scoped brief is appropriate, maintain related business correspondence, and protect the website from abuse. It is not intended for supplier-paid ranking or advertising resale.
Hosting and technical logs
Hosting, security, and delivery providers may process routine technical data such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, timestamp, and error or security events. Their operational logs and retention are controlled by the applicable provider settings and agreements.
Privacy-friendly website analytics
AllForSourcing uses Plausible to understand aggregate page usage and referral patterns so the website and its content can be improved. The analytics script is loaded from plausible.io. This website does not use Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, and this analytics setup is not used to create advertising profiles.
Access, correction, and deletion requests
To ask what contact information is held, request a correction, withdraw a request, or ask for deletion where applicable, email[email protected]. Identity and authority may need to be confirmed before acting on a request.
Operational note
A final retention schedule, subprocessor inventory, and jurisdiction-specific legal review should be completed before accepting confidential project documents or launching an authenticated client workspace.
