Before generating

  • One comparison basis: send the same revision, quantity, currency and delivery basis to every supplier.
  • No invented defaults: blanks are labelled missing, never treated as zero or assumed accepted.

Method and limits

The tool formats buyer input and makes omissions visible. It does not translate entered values, generate requirements, verify supplier claims, decide compliance, authenticate documents or recommend a supplier.
